Meditation is way of connecting with oneself … connecting with life inside which gives us capacity to live our potential and intelligence fully and be in happiness, which is our nature.
In the East there are many ancient Meditation Techniques but the modern man is so stressed and restless that these techniques don’t work so effectively for the inner journey towards oneself.
This Meditation Camp offers Active Meditation techniques, which are based on ancient wisdom along with the modern active methods that works to release the stress and restlessness first and then the experience of meditation, silence and awareness happens easily.
This Meditation camp is an opportunity for participants to experience meditation and awareness through the active methods used. And also learn around 15 different techniques of meditation in details to practice to bring happiness, relaxation and effectiveness in everyday life.
